Eden Hazard's best moments this season

14 May 2019

Eden Hazard has been Chelsea’s go-to man since his arrival at Stamford Bridge back in 2012.

The brilliant Belgian netted his 100th goal for the Blues this season and has spearheaded Maurizio Sarri’s attack across all competitions.

Hazard and his Chelsea teammates are now on the brink of a first European trophy since 2013 as they take on Arsenal in the Europa League final on May 29.

The 28-year-old has been almost unplayable this campaign, adding to his fine collection of goals on Monday [April 8] with a sensational solo effort against West Ham.

Hazard has 19 goals in all competitions this season and Chelsea will need him firing on all cylinders if they are to win the Europa League.

The Belgian started the season on fire, netting a hat-trick against Cardiff City in September.

Hazard then stunned Anfield as his incredible individual goal knocked Liverpool out of the Carabao Cup.

The forward then netted again versus the Reds in a 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge.

Hazard has seven goals against Liverpool in his career, the joint highest against a single side along with Newcastle, West Brom and Bournemouth.

The forward also has 16 assists to his name this campaign, including a crucial assist in the Europa League semi-final against Frankfurt which saw Chelsea progress to the final on penalties.

Hazard has come up with big moments when Chelsea have needed him most, providing two more assists against Watford in the 3-0 win that secured Champions League football for next season.
